Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I have done so much research/reading on raw that I've turned myself upside-down & can't figure out what's best to do. The last two books I've read followed the principles of Natural Hygiene & I'm very interested but again have read so much I don't know where to start. I've had Colitis since I was 11 yrs. old (15 years) & would like to correct this problem nutritionally while going "back to our roots" & eating a natural diet. Thank you! :)
