It's been more than 3 weeks without meat and I am truly feeling great. I have learned so much from to 80/10/10 book and have been eliminating grains, dairy, beans, cooked food, and less fat.
I truly enjoy eating so many fruits each day and only having to eat lettuce. It's simplified grocery shopping and packing lunches for work.
Benefits Noticed so far: weight better, acne better, mood better
