Yes, my TG are definitely higher on this diet than they were eating any other way. But they're still below 150, so I'm not too stressed about them. What are yours now? I'm sure the increase is due to all the fructose we eat, and you're probably right that eating more than you need would tend to really increase them. It makes sense that this is how our bodies deal with too much fructose if we're not using it for fuel.
I know this site promotes eating loads, but I agree that overeating is not healthy. Enough to have energy and not get too skinny, but not too much.
