Evet dorduncu turk benim. Inshallah gelecekde daha cok Turker bu hayat tarzini bulur.

Aslinda sizin Turkceniz ve Englizceniz cok guzel :)

Okey, back to English now :)

I was born in Australia. Hence, this place has become my home since birth. I speak mostly in English, probably, that's why my Turkish is not as fluent as it should really be.

I actually do not follow any criteria, though I do exclusively eat fruits at the time being. I became a vegetarian for ethical reasons. Afterwards, due to an extensive personal research I conducted , I became a vegan for both my health and the animals. I found out about Fruitarianism and Raw Veganism and I thought that it was very interesting. I am a raw vegan, though, at the moment I have been eating mostly fruits only. I have been a raw vegan for almost one year now. I have benefited a lot from eating this way and by following Natural Hygienic Principles.

What about you, are you following 80-10-10?

I do not know any other Turkish female following this lifestyle either. Therefore, I am really excited that I have met you :) Memnun oldum.

Iyi gunler Aysel (:

With love && fruits,

Fezzo ♥

Namaste Aysel. Hope you are doing just fine and enjoying fruits of the season. Which fruits do you love? Do you love eating them on their own (mono) or by mixing in smoothie?

We are moving from St. Louis this summer and decided S. CA was the place to go for air quality and cheaper fruit. I was surprised to find Fl. produce about the same price as here in St. Louis and with the summers being so hot and humid we decided on…

So if animals with sprint type speeds are hunters, should we assume we are hunters? Or assume we are hunted? What animals would have/ do hunt us?

Humans (as far as I know are all one species) - as far as "species-specific exercises" go, it should be the same as "species-specific diets" - they are adapted for every member of the species and not just some.

Also - if we are from a tropical forest filled with trees, how can you sprint on foot? No animal in tropical forests sprints by foot (there are simply too many things in the way). Theres a good reason tracks only turn left and only twice. If it were…

It's hard to say. My 11 yr. old has been following 811 for 15 months now. I asked him what he eats in a typical day. Lol. He says, how should I know, what should I keep a notebook or something. LOL. This week we are eating tons of cabbage sandwiches…
