"I used cayenne in powder form, that I bought at a local health food store with papaya lotion from nature's gate. It did burn when I applied it. I saw results in a week and it went away in two weeks. :o)"

Me at 170 lb Still a chubby face even after losing 30 lb on a vegan diet (about 4 months) and like 80% raw. Don't have any full body shots... not brave enough I guess. Eating lots of bananas during the day is working for me. Even my skin looks…

I live in NY with my hubby Mike and sweet quaker parrot named Bobby and have been a vegan for about four months now. My goal is to one day only eat raw fruits and veggies. I decided to make changes because, I suffered from a pinched nerve (sciatica) and was bed bound for months. I truly believe that giving up all meat helped me to get better.
