I love the mountains. I also have 2 degrees in Yoga, certified to teach Advanced Practices by the Gov't of India. I practice the ancient Science of Tantra. Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:: After being vegetarian for 6 years, I have become vegan. Top priority is to stay vegan for at least a year before I try to get too serious about the LFRV program. However, I realize that it is the optimal health program, and am along for the ride!

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I have read part of it, and pick it up from time to time for reference.

Did my first 100% 80-10-10 day today. Not just raw. But real 8-1-1. Actually 87-05-08.

10 oranges

14 medjool dates

20 dried mango slices (i know...this is not optimal)

salad with red-leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes and 3/4 of an avocado, lemon and a bit of salt for dressing

Simple and Sweet.

I also got in 50 min of jogging....

Studying for exams. Off to bed so I can get at least 9 hours of sleep! I have to…
