Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I love health, life and many other things :D
My fam is fairly health conscious, but think it a bit extreme that I'm going on fruit. They don't mind, but I do get a bit of constant nag from my mum - either I'm not getting enough protein because I'm growing or it's not suited due to the high amount of sugar. Anyhuay,
I play lacrosse with my 2 older bros and LOVE IT. I play piano, and don't practice enough. I hate going to lesson and not having practiced enough because my piano teacher is so nice.
I got into health because I wanted to succeed and to succeed I needed to get up early, and to get up early I needed to be healthy. l haven't succeeded yet (in getting up early consistently) but I've come a long way. The 1st books I read were Sugar Blues by William Dufty & The Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose. I then went on to read a lot of other stuff, lose the plot, and now have returned.
I came to HCRV via Frederic Patenaude, then onto 811 and then onto here. Love it, and thanks for having me

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book again!!
