Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I don't know yet, I just begin my HCRV journey a week ago after tweaking my diet plan to apply what I have learned in health science for about two years. So fat, I didn't find it is super hard to live in this lifestyle because I have a very clear goal of what I am pursuing.
