Hey gang,Just found out I have mono. No fun. I knew the crazy pace I've been living at would catch up to me and it did. Does anyone have any ideas for how to help kill the virus besides the obvious of rest and lots of water? I'm a little uncertain about whether I should try to do mostly vegetable juices and lay off the fruit a little since you always hear that fruit feeds viruses? That seems against the grain though.
