I could never go back to eating animal-byproducts, the way I feel is too amazing to go back/ I had 2 apples and a kiwi, spirulina and spinach smoothie for breakfast, lunch was 20 dates and 3 huge sweet potatoes, and dinner was about 8 pears and a huge bowl of rice. I also did about an hour of starclimber at the gym (thanks to my newfound energy) and did a easy 2 mile run :)
Breakfast was 5 banana smoothie with 15 dates and kale, broccoli and spinach. Snack was 2 apples, dinner was 2 huge sweet potatoes aaand i know you shouldn't eat late but I was still hungry and I had 4 rice rolls (sticky rice wrapped in seaweed). My run today was amazing. I did 8 miles EASY, whereas before I was so tired after half of that. I did notice that I'm getting cold really easily. Not that its uncomfortable, but it's noticeable. Maybe because of the low fat? Breakfast was a 2 banana smoothie with spinach and 10 dates. Lunch was 30 dates, had a box of strawberries for snack, and for dinner I'm having grapes and sweet potato fries. I entered my info into cronometer to see my fat and protein intake and it shows me my calories too (been trying to avoid that). Breakfast was a smoothie of 2 bananas, 2 dates, 3 cups of baby spinach, 1 cup of kale, and 1 cup of chard. My acne has gotten really bad. I'm thinking it's possibly detoxing? Any other fruit bats with skin issues flaring up when starting?
