No problem, and I totally understand it can be tough to break a lifetime of habits! One thing I'd like to point out is that I bet you are eating a LOT more fruits and veggies than you did before so that is truly a positive step!
Don't beat yourself up when you slip back into eating something not LFRV. Just pick up and get on with things. What has been helping me is to make a decision, just for now, not for tomorrow or next week, or next month. Just for now. "So I'm hungry and this meal is going to be LFRV". That way you don't have to feel trapped into anything and you are making a decision rather than feeling compelled to eat one way or the other.
The main thing is to keep yourself, as Doug Graham says, "moving in the right direction". That's really key and you have eaten more healthy stuff since you started, than you did before I bet! :)
