"I use this also, or a little patchouli oil.  Both work if I'm eating well.  If I have something crappy I'll smell with the patchouli, but the crystal is bomb-proof!"

ANKLE PAIN and pre-run meal?

I started running in minimalist shoes a few months ago (after a year+ of not running due to pregnancy)I have been gradually working up my runs, but I have been having ankle pain.  Is this common?  Do I need to slow down or just do some ankle strengthening exercises?  Also, what do you eat before running so that you have energy but don't have to stop and pee?See More

Yep good question. It's definitely in part due to increased fitness (however I'm really not doing that much more). I feel it's just gradually come off the way it should be, slowly. Also b12 shots may have attributed to a few lbs.
