I have slowly transitioned to a low fat raw vegan diet over the past year and am very interested in learning more about nutrition, hearing other peoples' experiences, and connecting with new friends. My goal is to learn about nutrition the raw vegan way so that I can share what I learn with family and friends to help improve their health and quality of life.

I'd like to find a way to explain my diet to friends in a way that does not offend them because they are not ready to make a change.
