Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I'm currently on day 9 of the Mastercleanse. For years I have struggled with diet after diet to maintain a 70 pound weightloss. At times I have succeeded but never for more than a year. I gain 10 pounds, then I make myself lose 10 pounds, etc. Over the past year it was more like I gain 11 pounds and make myself lose 10 pounds. I'm just tired of it and want to find an alternative.

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.: I will read the book

Are you Connected?: yes married

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love long distance walking. I walk at least one marathon per month; the unofficial kind where I don't have to pay the fee, I don't get a shirt or medal and cars won't stop for me. My GPS lets me know when I'm done, oh, and I have to carry my own water and find my own bathrooms.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I just ordered the 80/10/10 book from Amazon and Freelee's book from 30 bananas. Until I finish reading both, I doubt I'll need assistance.
