We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: hi im ania come from poland but live currently in germany. i became vegetarian 11 years ago for a number of reasons but probably because it was a new interesting idea and i turn veggie together with my brother and mum. since a few years ive slowly stopped eating butter eggs drink milk and other diary products and over 6 months ago turned 100% vegan after a long transition periods. in september this year i went back home and needed a change after a stressful time accompanied with a compulsive eating. prior ive met a raw vegan for the 2nd time in my life who explained me a lot about the raw foods and natural hygiene. back home ive done a week on fruits and then continued with fruits vegetables and nuts. then ive met an old friend who s been a fruitarian for many years and who gave me 80/10/10 to read. im happy to have a quick start in a LFRV idea but it seems i need time patience and support to be 100% successful.
