I am a simple man with love and respect for all that I am!
We are responsible for our own thoughts, feelings and actions, we either co-create with nature/the divine or run it into dust at the peril of everything that ever was.
Can you live knowing that it was YOU that destroyed everything???
I couldn't hence why I have adopted a raw vegan/do no harm way of life.
My background is varied I have spent a lot of time in the freeman movement and am skilled in many areas of the legalese blah blah that most find quite intimidating.
I currently study music so that I can increase my possibility of sharing my dreams of a do no harm life for the future in melody. Music is such an important tool that is needed to help wake others up or inspire them to do a little more that this, after many other endeavours is now what I dedicate my life to.
I also write music for commercial gain (unattached to myself as an artist) as it is necessary for me to participate in the system for the time being, I would much rather get paid for writing music than lifting boxes in a factory.
I have achieved a massive weight loss over the past 4-5 years of my life and have to date lost 60+ kgs.
In 2005 i was just below my largest at around 116kg (largest being 136kgs), I decided to go vegetarian which lasted for about two years while I ate all the cheese in the world. I then moved into high fat cooked vegan and slowly started losing more weight. 2011 was the transition to raw (mostly high fat gourmet) and mid 2012 I moved into a more LFRV lifestyle with the more than occasional gourmet binge, this is now becoming less frequent and I am certainly better off because of it!
LFRV has helped take things up a level I now enjoy a good bit of cardio and am running most days usually around 10+ kilometres a day.

Banana therapy???? Day 11!

Running & Detox

Last night I experienced some mild detox, I started hallucinating right before bed time and it lasted about 20mins. This could have been caused by any number of countless substances that I have pounded my body with over the last 29 yrs, most likely culprits are LSD or magic mushrooms!

I point to these 2 as the experience was not unlike coming down from a trip.

It was uncomfortable but also a little funny,…

Banana therapy????? Day 9. Control vs manipulation

When does control become manipulation?

A friend commented that it must be exhausting to try and have control of everything in your life and in short yes it definitely can be, but only at first.

Soon enough like physical activity, after the pain of the 1st mile is gone you will have the strength to tackle the 2nd mile powered also by the momentum of the 1st.

My friend brought…

Hey ! glad to hear back from you. nice to hear you are doing well of course, as things are constantly shifting and so keeping up is key.

I have been coming to many revelations on the topic of indulgence. It has always been a challenging thing for me, as i have always had a fast metabolism and indulged in food for happiness. as time evolved and awareness was at its sharpest, I understood the power of changing in 'stuff' for higher quality products. However, i still from time to time experience my thoughts and indulgence. or how you said in one of your journals..."rewarding yourself"

other times i feel .. disappointed. enough to lose an appetite and not see a point in really eating, because i know food and substance is a habitual way of living, especially when in excess.

i have considered doing a banana island experiment. especially because it seems to be the only 'satisfying' thing to me at times of doubt and in need of fuel.

my intention is to completely reprogram my mind into living more on a natural understanding of using food as fuel, but have some questions and i guess concerns. i know you have gone through a recorded 12 days and want to congratulate you on your ability to understand your way of conceptualizing things and staying dedicated to your goal. you expressed yourself in ways in which i felt my mind works and it boggled me while reading your entries.

is  too much bananas result in constipation?

and is the result of only eating 1 thing for so long beneficial in many areas? if so, how?

do you find yourself craving bananas more and growing an appreciation for them in ways that you are willing to continue eating only bananas more than anything else?

is there any way to do a banana island without losing weight necessarily. i feel good with where i am, and wouldnt care much to lose weight as much as i would like to gain mental strength.

if you prefer speaking via email, please feel free to email me.

andresl1126@gmail.com

id love to hear more on how your perception has evolved since then, and what your eating habits consist of now.

take care.

love and light is sent to you
