The crust is dates. The next layer is mashed up bananas. Persimmon goo is on top with sliced bananas for decoration. Recipe here. And yep, it's all gone.
Welcome! Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together lowfat rawvegans across the Globe! Please be kind & respectful of eachother. What raw assistance do u need?
Nope. Didn't kill it. There was an issue with the company that was hosting my site which had it offline for a couple days. It's back up though.
Got two new recipes I have been eating lately btw:
Waldorf Salad -
Granny Smith chunks
Celery chunks
Walnut pieces
Raw Honey (little bit)
Carrot slaw -
3-4 Shredded carrots
Currant berries (handful)
Almonds (cut up, small amount)
Chives finely chopped (small amount)
Lemon juice (1/2 lemon approx)
Raw Honey (small amount)
yum yum. :-) lemme know if you like. (I dunno if you are a fan of raw honey or not, but if you don't have any issue with that, you might like these two).
So it looks like there won't be an open position at that produce store for a while BUT I did manage to find out that they usually have a couple boxes of ripe conventional Dole bananas every week that they are willing to sell for $0.15 a pound. I just got a box for 6 bucks. It may be worth the drive from Meriden! When they asked what I used them for, I gave them your line about the catering company haha. It kind of backfired since one of the employees had a bunch of follow up questions and needs catering lol.

Yes, I agree Chad.
I like a little bit of onion every now and again on my salads. Garlic on the other hand I use to like when I ate cooked. Can't handle raw garlic, so don't eat it now.
I generally finish my last meal between 8.00 to 8.30pm. I'm in bed by 9.30pm at the latest and then up at 3.00am. I have no problem with digestion on a LFRV diet, doing it this way, however when I was on the SAD I ha serious problems.
