I'm eating like 3000 cals a day of fruit and raw veg, but I feel like I want to throw up fruit, and I want food like rice and potatoes, but the problem is, is that when I go cooked, I got crazy and eat rice for breakfast, pasta for lunch, and potatoes for supper basically, like Mcdougall, and I don't stop when I am full I just go crazy so I don't want to do this!!! What should I do! I feel like puking up fruit Ahhh!
