I helped my husband run a dog training company for over 5 years. I was also doing a lot of theater and acting work in Chicago for many years. I'm currently in transition to move somewhere in Florida so we can be in a warmer climate. I would love to have my own food forest. I have a 16 month old gorgeous daughter whom I adore. I think I need a support group of some kind since everyone that I'm around thinks I'm crazy and doing an "extreme" diet, including my husband. He's resisting all the knowledge that I tell him which is hard for me since he has lyme disease and I think this would really help him.

I am currently enjoying watching WEEDS on netflix. I'm also on a big health kick with my readings. I've been reading everything on natural childbirth, anti-vaccines, unschooling, breastfeeding and of course 80/10/10. I love dancing and dance music:) I am also learning Spanish.

I'm having a hard time going 100% 80/10/10. I keep finding reasons to cheat almost everyday. Most of my day is fruit but I'm still eating cooked vegetarian meals. I'm also interested in getting back into a more serious fitness program and possibly competing again. When I was 26 I did a lot of racing, marathon, 1/2 marathons, 5K's, 10K's and a couple triathlons. I got out of that after a bad race where I had difficulty swimming in cold water and got into weight lifting, leisure running and aerobics. I currently do intense 10-15 minute workouts a day at home with Zuzana Light and when I'm finally moved to Florida I want to start running again while I'm pushing the baby in her stroller.
