Hi Everybody, I have just heard about this great community and the HCRV lifestyle focus of one of our clients at COHESION - the mixed implement strength and conditioning gym I work.
I have been very interested in nutrition; and my focus is on raw food lifestyle since 2011. I have been creating my own little raw recipes the last 6-8months and I'm loving it! Also coaching clients, friends and family members how to live a more energised lifestyle through adding more raw organic food in their diet and train effectively in a regular basis. It's just amazing!
Also I'd like to meet new people who's interest is similar to mine and can share this fantastic experience with!
