I have been looking at TOMS shoes for myself and/or my husband (surprisingly he loves them) but we have not yet bought one. For every pair of shoes you buy they donate a pair. The shoes we were looking at are vegan and made with sustainable and recyclable materials. On a more personal note: I have been raw vegan for four years and some. I cured myself from asthma, allergies, several skin problems and more. I no longer need to take any medication and feel much more freedom in my life. About a year and six months ago I learned of (and became) low fat raw vegan. Previously I had been eating too much fat and (although at first raw made me feel awesome and be an ideal weight) I eventually began gaining weight and getting acne. LFRV changed this! I feel like my life is much more abundant now and have been healing my body even more!
