Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am an 18 year old girl currently eating a little healthier than the typical SAD diet. I have a number of health issues that really inspire me to choose this lifestyle, the most debilitating to me being SEVERE seasonal allergies. I'd be curious to see if this goes away or at least lessens on this way of eating. Currently, I'm trying to find a way to make it possible to eat this way. This includes finding a job to fund my diet, and trying to convince my mother who believes that eating 6 bananas a day is absurd that eating 30 is not. :O Wish me luck!

They are currently trying to lose weight via weight watchers, but they still eat a very unhealthy diet. They eat taco bell and frozen yogurt quite frequently as long as it fits into their points. When I eat 4 mangos for breakfast(I could probably eat 6 or 7) my mom thinks I'm insane and is worried. I just know i'm going to be in for a hell of a time until I move out. :/ I'm hoping to have her let me give this a try if she can be convinced that it will help my terrible allergies.
