I came to learn about this lifestyle in a health journey that went from, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan and currently HCRV. This path started with a constant IBS discomfort, which has currently almost disappeared.

Yo lei a angela stokes y de ella aprendia a pasar del mundo vegano al raw, pero ella come 50% fruta y 50% hojas verdes y vegetales. y en estos dias me paso que no puedo comer mas de lo como, y hasta me parece que forzarme a comer tanto mas no es del todo sano, es mas desde que empece la dieta tengo la panza de embarazo y espero baje pronto! bueno gracias por todo y por acompañarme en estos primeros dias raw. saludos!

I don't really understand the expression "lean mass" but my stomach is still flat and I put the new weight on my breasts, my hips, my face, some parts of my legs. Everywhere on my body that was severe underweight =) My body i looking great now in my humble opinion =) But the best thing is of course that I feel great =))
