I'm an architect, father of beautiful girl twins. I came to learn about this lifestyle in a health journey that went from, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan and currently HCRV. This path started with a constant IBS discomfort, which has currently almost disappeared.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I love Jorge Luis Borges, Julio Cortázar, and all the great authors of universal literature. I also enjoy reading books on selfhealing, selfbuilding, ecologycal architecture, nutrition, gardening, permaculture and every single thing that I think could help me develope as a "human growing".

It sounds very wise to focus on healing your gut. The rest will come. Also of course focusing on your relationship. You can do it =)
