I had been a vegetarian my entire adolescence for over 10 years when I first considered to turn vegan. I observed a - disorganised and uneducated high fat, unhealthy, boring - vegan diet for 2 months and I went back to eating cheese and other dairy products.
I have a condition called PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I have been informed on various platforms that the raw vegan diet might the solution. I have also learned that the dairy industry is just as cruel to farmed animals and factory farmed animals as the meat industry is - if not even more so. It suddenly started to seem shockingly odd to me to drink the milk of other species.
After some thorough research, I decided to give another chance to veganism. I have been 90% raw and fully vegan for 2 months now. I have never felt better, stronger, healthier, happier. My new lifestyle has given me the power to change other things in my life as well.
For me, being vegan is the least and the most that I can and have to do for myself, for others, for the animals and for our Planet.

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I must admit that Freelee's videos have been inspiring and motivating me a lot. When I first watched her YouTube video on eating as much fruit as I wanted - I was still suffering from anorexia - I said, OK, I will and I ate 3 (!!!) bananas for lunch... Now I eat 8-10 bananas for lunch and at least 2000 calories a day. So, thank you Freelee.
My only trigger is - I think - is that I find it a little hard sometimes to stay under 10% fat wise as I love avocados and nuts so much. Now I am down to 10-15% from 20-30% which is good but I still need to pay attention to this.
My other challenge is that I sometimes still don't enough fruit and then I eat too much wholegrain bread or pasta for dinner which is bad because I know that gluten is so bad for me.
And last but not least, although I have watched Freelee's video on proper fruit combination, I still might go wrong on this one sometimes...

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can usewww.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
