We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have always been into seeking a healthier lifestyle. However, in real life I have now realized I have not always lived that life. I was used to drinking waaaay too much coffee, eating too much dairy, and not enough greens and fruits at all. I started to notice changes in how I felt and looked..and decided to do something about it. Call it what you want. I just know I am ready for a new eating lifestyle and I am here to met others to not only learn from but for encouragement as well! I am looking to the sunshine and yummy fruit to come!
