I used to weigh 140lbs and lost half of that between the ages of 20 and 21 (12 years ago). I bumbled along with reasonable health and reasonably happy for a while after that. Then, in Jan 2010, I took the step to raw 100%. I ate totally raw for a year and a half and now eat very high raw. I love apples. All of them – red, deeply sweet, pink, deliciously watery, crisp, crunchy, sharp, green – you name them, I love them. My favourite at the moment are some deep red, crispy Starks that I can buy at the Co-op here in Empoli.
