I've been a vegan for quite awhile and now I am slowly exploring the raw life. I am using raw food as a means of recovering from my eating disorder as well as getting healthier. I love running, biking, swimming, rollerblading, and anything active. I LOVE ANIMALS more than anything (:

I'm not a fan of television and movies (other than animal or nature related programs). As mentioned before, my favorite pastimes are running, biking, swimming, rollerblading, and spending time with animals.

One more thing dear, I'm pretty sure you're a little older then me. Maybe in Uni or something? :D But how has your hair been since you started this diet? I've been mostly raw for about a year now and my hair has... well it's itself. Sometimes hehalthy, sometimes it falls out easily and doesn't feel like I would like it. So, is it just me or is this reaccuring in other womans hair?

There may be some insights for you here. I used to sleep terribly but now I can sleep very deep without excessive calories. I'm not sure what exactly caused the change, but I have a feeling part of it had to do with adding green juices that contain higher protein content veggies other than lettuce. Same total protein intake but fewer calories. Good luck to you.

don't focus on calories at all!

just make sure you are keeping low fat raw. i do a huge fruit smoothie in the morning consisting usually of bananas..... i do either a fruit or salad meal lunch and dinner.  hope that helps :) !!!
