I am considering teaching english in South Korea after I graduate this year, and from what I've read it's not really a culture that has even come to fully grasp vegetarianism( aside from some buddhist temples). the problem is that I alway have no trouble with breakfast and lunch where I am eating fruit in excess.... but... then dinner comes around and I knoww I should have a big salad or zucchini pasta. But..after a while I got bored with the salad. I've tried one or two dressings, but I need diversity and variety. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am 22 years old and plan to be teaching English in Seoul, South Korea sometime either this summer or early fall. I have graduated from Iowa State Uni, with a Major in Art and Visual Culture. I am a painter and hope to eventually end up in Grad school in Italy. I also love to run and do yoga! For now, I would love to use 30 Bananas A Day as a way to meet up/ get in contract with other 80-10-10ers in South Korea. I want to be well prepared, since I've heard it can be difficult.
