I was referred to this site by my cousin who is a raw vegan. I am not a raw vegan myself but currently consume around 2/3 to 3/4 of my diet as raw fruit and vegetables. I wont give up eating meat because I like the taste too much but I only eat meat 2 or 3 times a week and really enjoy eating the majority of my diet as vegetarian food. I am currently training to join the army and hope to get some useful information about diet practices to help me get the most out of my high intensity workouts.
