It seems to me that in the west and increasingly the world, we are living in a bubble of insanity. A world in which natural laws are turned upside down and lies are believed by many. A world in which the state of the economy takes precedance over the state of health of the people, which is in perpetual decline. The only way to be happy they say is to gain riches and power over others, to surround yourself with material things. It's like everyone is plugged into a machine that is sucking the…

Christy said… I've been getting into running lately :) I'm not that great at long distance, but I push myself and I believe that's what counts! haha I have a lot of different hobbies. I love snowboarding, its my main hobby at the moment. I'm down for anything outdoors. I also really enjoy riding my quad! I bought a Yamaha Raptor 700 last summer, its a beast! That's probably one of my all time favorite things to do! I also like to ride my regular bike when the weather is nice :)
Christy said… Nice :) Those are two things I love spending time outside and hanging out with my family. On my profile it says Vancouver, WA and the WA stands for Washington :) lots of rain here but since spring is starting to settle in we have gotten a few sunny days! which is nice. I crave the SUN! I have a hard time staying active when its always cold and rainy outside. Anyways what do you do for fun?
Christy said… Hey there :) yes that pond water did taste delicious! How was your day? Hope it was grand ;)

811 is understandably of benefit to mental clarity for various reasons i think. i've been 811 for 2 decades so i don't remember any distinguishing moments. it all pretty normal now.
i was a student of physics in the past, but i'm also one now and will always be one.

Thanks for replying to my post about my knee issue right now.
I was wondering if you could tell me more about your experience juice feasting. What type(s) of fruit (and greens?) did you use?
I hear a lot about oxidation and blood sugar problems on juice feasting. What's your take?
My digestion is so bad right now I am in severe physical pain and having trouble moving. I've been lfrv for over 8 months now...I don't know what's going on :(
I am starting to maybe like the idea of trying a juice feast for a couple of days and seeing how I feel and then seeing if I want to do it a little longer. At this point, I just want to feel better!
Thanks for any advice/experiences you can lend
