Coming from a background of a 3 year eating disorder I found this lifestyle in a time of desperation and need for release of the misery I had been in. This lifestyle completely makes sense to me and has saved my life and my mind and my well being. While y journey so far hasn't been the best process I fully believe in this and wouldn't do anything differently.

I seriously need help with knowing what to eat and how to help my digestive system. I want to be raw till 4 as it is cheaper and more convenient but I hold so much water and gain so much so easily as when I eat fruits I do not retain as much water my can not digest as well so I don't know what to do

so today i planned to go shopping with my aunt and cousin at tysons mall. I've only been there once and didn't know any vegan places to go to and decided to take some dates with me and just play the day by ear food wise. 

so for breakfast i had 5 dates - 332 cals 

gluten free pasta with tomato sauce and spinach for lunch - prob about 300/350 cals 

dinner was rice with spinach and celery - about 640 cals 

and then 3 cliff bars - 725 

so only now have…

feel like ill never be skinny again

while i am more comfortable with my body i want to be as thin as i was again. i miss being skinny and not being self conscious about my body, i used to have a hard flat stomach, and now i have a not toned wide stomach and i just feel huge. i don't want to do or work out as much as i did to get to that point, i want to do it the healthy way this time but its taking forever and i just want to be thin again

i really need to get my sleep schedule back where i am in bed falling asleep by 9 or 10 pm and lately i haven't even been able to fall asleep before 12 or even 1 am sometimes. if i eat anything less than 3k calories i will literally be too hungry to go to sleep, and once I'm hungry sleeping is almost out of the question. i have adrenal fatigue, so I've been trying to just rest and get the cals in (not forcing I'm literally just hungry all the time) but i still can't fall asleep idk what is…

struggling

im not looking for pity or anything at all. just a space to write how I'm feeling and i really feel I'm like the only one who can not find the right balance of what i need from this diet to be my ideal weight / lose weight. i know its about health and the health benefits I've received thus far completely outweighs the only cons which is slow colon and weight gain but to finally lose the weight and show all the haters how great this diet, i just can't wait for that day
