I have recently read Dr. Grahams 80/10/10. I feel that I should follow the path. I am looking for raw food friends, support group etc. I speak polish, english and swedish.

Köper färsk frukt (föredrar ekologiskt och moget) främst på Coop (t ex Coop Extra på Medborgarplatsen är bra), men även på hälsokost (t ex Gryningen på Medborgarplatsen, etc), också på Hemköp eller ICA Maxi. Det är lättare att hitta ekologisk frukt än grönt...
