Hi!
I went to india this winter for a month.... IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
It is SOOOOOOO easy to stay 80/10/10 and cheap too!
The friend I went with eats cooked food and HES the one that got food poisoning!!!! :D
I felt absolutly GREAT eating the raw…
Hey Scottie :) Erin pretty much sums up the legume thing, but I just wanted to provide z^you with a healthier (and much easier to digest!!) substitution for the chickpeas in the raw humus: Courgette (or zuccini in American :) ! It works just as well…
I'm a 15*-year old raw vegan that hops between Geneva, Switzerland & England, as my dad still lives in England (we moved back to France about 2½ years ago) but go to school in France. I'm originally Suisse. (:
I tend to be quite shy, but I am very chatty and talkative when I get to know someone! (:
I like it when I get the chance to talk about things that really matter to me deep down; the environment, nutrition, helping animals ect - which, unfortunately doesn't happen very often in reality.
I can sometimes get very frustrated with the world (i.e the people on the world) that think they own the place and can trash it. But, now I just see that I should focuse on what I can do, and what an exemple I can be to change people's mindset to a better frequancy.
Okay... now I'm just blabbing...

*now 16! :D

Is your goal to be a low fat raw vegan now or in the future? If not we invite u to continue browsing the forum until this is your goal...
80/10/10 all the way.Simple, green-packed (and some times no green/all fruit), no dehydrated foods or oils. All organic. I love my food! :) Favorite Food? Hmm, from what I've tried so far, it would have to be... Durian, Chirimoyas, Kaki (sharon fruit), and melon - all sorts! :) Oh! And figs, and cherries........
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together low fat raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! Please be kind & respectful of eachother during forum interaction. What raw assistance do u need?
Hi AJ, I just requested to be your friend on facebook and meant to send you a message with it but accidentally skipped that part.
I just wanted to tell you that I saw that you went to India and read your blog. It looks really interested and I was interested in seeing your pictures on facebook that you had the link to on your blog.
Hope you had a wonderful trip. From what I read on your blog it seems like it was off to a really good start!

Heej AJ :D
How's everything going? Think you'll make it this saturday? Should I come pick you up somewhere? Let's figure out the logistics before we end up doing some last minute stressing out :P
If we meet up on the 20th (that's a saturday I think), we could go to the market where they have mad tasty medjool dates and the best fruit ever!!! :D

You sure travel a lot, especially for being so young (or perhaps that is the perfect time for it)! I'll be in Costa Rica myself, soon. Might be there in July-August, as well. Perhaps we'll meet! It's a small country in a small world, after all.
Last time I was there - up North - I packed it in, and was eating cooked. I reallly don't want to do that this time - think I'll be visiting the markets a lot...
Lynda, don't deprive yourself by limiting yourself to no more than 3 dates a day. I used to eat no more than 2 a day because I was worried about all that sugar and calories but I one day last year I ate 120 medjool dates in one day. (3 smoothies wit…
i pushed back dinner too long tonight and then somebody on facebook talked about his falafels and had pics.. I went running for my oranges at that point...
After 6 months of 811, I ate vegan cooked food again for 2-3 months. Definitely lost my 6-pack and got some moobs. There's still some excess fat below my pectoral muscles, which is quite agitating. ha. I know it will leave in time.
And I've heard than for women, strengthening your pecs gives you more firmness and lift in your actual breasts, kind of like how bodybuilders strengthen their brachialis to make the biceps brachii "pop."
I wonder if some of it has to do with HGH levels via exercise, and that maybe affecting estrogen/testosterone balance? Just an unresearched hypothesis.
Same here, at least 100 khadrawys if I'm mono-ing on dates. Today I had 12 oranges for breakfast, and then probably 30-40 dates (which are small than medjool). (no dinner - somehow wasn't hungry even after a huge training day yesterday)
We have all heard the saying that change is inevitable. And while the changes we are making in our lives are ultimately so we can become our best selves, they aren't always easy.
It means waking up every morning and knowing that you are going to acc…
