I had some problems about eating disorders and I still fight with them sometimes.
My work takes me to travel a lot and I can't find every time fresh fruits and vegetables raw, or for convenience or to eat what I find first (but always vegan) ... so I eat cooked food and so much and then I feel bad.
Second things, so many people around me - family and friends - don't understand my food choice. At first I didn't care. But after two bad events the problem became more serious. I would lose weight, do sports, eat well listening to my body. Instead start well and then slowly return to my "normal" condition.
I really want to transform the meaning of this adjective, "normal", in my condition.
I'm also changing circle of friends, I met so many wonderful raw foodist. I want to be part of this community to share with you my passion for nature and the fruit and meet many wonderful people who have made choices similar to mine.
