Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am 20 years old, studying English at the University of Warsaw. I've been through a really tough year, was depressed and spent a few months in a hospital. I was lost in everything, my mind, my addictions, my diet, my relationships. I started psychotherapy, which helped me start over. After a few months I quit drugs, quit smoking, started doing yoga and eventually found out about raw food.
Well, after some time of struggling with high fat raw food and cooked vegan food, I came across a few videos of Freelee talking about LFRV. I just couldn't stop watching, it all just made so much sense to me, I felt like I was looking for this all my life. And at the same time Freelee was so beautiful, radiant, healthy and fit, she became the best motivation for me. Her pictures on 30BaD made my jaw drop to the ground, although I was never envious. For me, Freelee is someone to follow, not to envy ;)
Anyway, I've been 100% lfrv for over two weeks now, 3 months before that it was a mix of all day fruit + cooked dinner in the evening. I can see now, though, raw makes all the difference ;)
There are so many amazing topics on this forum, so much useful information. The people are like nowhere else, to me they seem so kind and full of light.
That's why I'd like to join this community, I really want to be a part of something as beautiful as it is.
