I am a professional bellydancer, graphic design artist and mother of two. I absolutely LOVE what I do but as I am in the entertainment industry my job is very image driven. So I have been on all sorts of crazy diets and lost a substantial amount of weight using HCG however I am still 20-25 lbs overweight and since then my body has gone nuts. I now have what appears to be food allergies to things I was never allergic to before. I got a food allergy panel done and they say I am "normal" and according to the doctor in fantastic health. However, something still just isn't right. My guts often feel icky and I don't have as much energy or focus as I feel I should at 29, among other issues.
I have felt that my diet isn't terrible but obviously something is amiss since I can't shed the extra 20-25 lbs no matter how much I workout. My family pretty much follows the diet I do but my hubby is supportive of changing to HCRV but is concern about the price.
I have seen Freelee’s videos before and am completely amazed. I just can't wrap my head around it. It goes against everything I have ever been taught about nutrition yet makes complete sense. In your videos you eat a ton of fruit and veggies and pig out on corn pasta. You said you bike a few time a week in a hilly area and that’s it! Also seen the video of your boy friend sharing his results from his blood test and again, fit as a fiddle. I think to myself, How can that be!? Then I seen a photo of how you use to be fluffy like me. And think if you can do that then so can I. I have put myself and family through so much in the pursuit of health and put my faith in some really unhealthy stuff including fasting, crazy diets, CrossFit and a ridiculous amount of diet pills of all types. If I can do that I can at least take a leap of faith and try some fruit. I am just not sure how make that transition.
I know from past food changes that I need variety and get bored when I eat the same thing all the time. So I want to make sure I educate myself about this lifestyle and make sustainable changes so I don't burnout. This is where I need help from you and your community.

I am a total nerd :P I love all things pin-up, fantasy, and action adventure RPG. I am a huge fan of the TV shows Doctor Who and The Walking Dead. I also enjoy roller skating, weight lifting, swimming and tennis but my all time favorite activity is BELLYDANCE!!!
