I have been on a long road with nutrition, and hope that by joining this wonderful community I will finally be able to find the answer. I have gone through being over weight all my childhood, then years of severely disordered eating, and am looking for peace with what I put in my body.

Having been brought up on a standard diet, I first discovered vegetarianism at a young age, and have been enthralled with nutrition ever since. I am currently vegan, and would love to make the step into HCRV. I have a big interest in mono eating, and would like to specifically explore this further.

Thank you in advance for wealth of information I hope to gain here, I appreciate everything I receive in life so much. You are all amazing, have a wonderful day.
