Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I've decided that I want to become a raw vegan. The only thing is, I don't know many vegans where I live that can maybe help me along the way. It seems like there will be a lot more opposition than support but I'm willing to look past all that and not let it deter me from this path I've decided to take. Sadly to say, some of my closer friends are already beginning to heckle me a bit for it. So I guess my question is; how do I get started? It seems a bit overwhelming that I just don't know where to begin. How do I make sure I'm getting enough calories and everything else that I need to be able to function properly? I come from a history of eating things that were just convenient. I'm used to only eating one big meal composed of mostly processed and cooked foods a day and snacking on other junk here and there.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I guess a good place to start would be how I create my meals. For example if I were to do mono meals as mentioned by Dr.Doug Graham; how do I figure out how much I need of each fruit per meal. And what fruits are best for doing mono meals?
