Okay, so it is technically the wrong season, but in preparation for the autumn, and for current desperate times at the supermarket, I have a question about sour and tart apples. In the UK, we have a…Continue
Hi there So I recently underwent an MRI scan for a paid psychology study at my local university. I had to do certain button clicking tasks and they imaged my brain at the same time to see which…Continue

"I don't use shampoo/conditioner - trained my hair out of it, just water.
I use bar soap, just something simple, vegan and nice smelling
I shave legs, underarms, trim elsewhere ;)
I use vegan make up (foundation, mascara, eyeliner)
"I just got over big cold, fever, sore throat, and I've been solid 955 for 3 months. Everyone I know is sick , but I have been overworking recently.
I am still not sure if I think the idea of never being ill should be worn like a badge of…"
"Maryn, well done for having the bravery to try to get something out of it. I have seen the show a few times in the past and had to turn it off because it riles me up every time. It does not surprise me to hear about your experiences…"

"I had this problem until I upped carbs-- sweeet juice helped me (pasteurised even for cheapness) and generally more SUGAR! I also dropped specific endurance activities- i.e. going for a very long run, for a period to rebuild as running often…"
"Not sure where you are, but I go to my local Indian/Pakistani food shop and buy fresh iranian dates - 1 kg for £3. They are so incredible and cheap too. It is worth sourcing some near you because they certainly make this lifestyle…"

I live in Scotland, and wish there were more fruity folks about.
Studying for a degree in nutrition
Always wanting to learn, explore, be curious.
Had a while being pretty wacko about food, too strict, too narrow, too de-liberating. Had a period of relaxing all food rules to reconnect with life.
Now, currently finding peace again with fruit, with renewed grace.

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?
Just virtual cuddles and fruit chat
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply despite some disagreement since I am a team player
Sure! Well there seems to be a lot of raw vegan gatherings. Pretty difficult to find in this country really. I've only been HCRV for 2 weeks and already getting nutritional advice by people living radically, unhealthy lifestyles. Can't help but see the irony in all this!

Thanks for the add Abbie, I've not yet met anyone who's studied sustainable development, especially not a 30BaDer! I'm starting my course at Kingston in September - how was it for you? Your profile says you're studying a degree in nutrition now, what do you want to go on to do? Myself, I'm not sure what kind of work I want to get into after uni, but since going HCRV last summer I am passionate about sustainable agriculture and helping people eat healthy, I just don't know who else is working on that or how much I could help make a difference. How is the fruity life treating you?
Hello :) yes I still live in Edinburgh. I study here. Are you still living in Edinburgh?
I really liked working in real foods :) I don't go in so much either.
How is HCRV going for you?
