hey. I've been mainly on the fruit and veg since january 2012. I also went to the woodstock fruit festival that same year and met a lot of great people. Since then its been hard to stay on track though. I'm a pretty competitive guy and wanna keep on moving, but i feel like I could have an easier and more fun time of it with the help of all you beautiful people.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
