The last days I allowed myself to follow the cravings of cooked foods like rice, gluten-free pasta and some veggies without fat and salt. I´m getting used to the big difference between cooked low fat vegan and high fat raw vegan and eating much more carbs.
When I first started raw, I ate too much fat, but anyway it felt so much better than on the cooked foods before (also vegan). It gave me from one day to another a healthier feeling!

Hello,
I began 100% HCRV also 01.01.2012, before I ate 90 % high-fat rv and then low-cooked rv, because I was upset of the fat. I never really liked fat a lot and always loved fruit, so I was glad to read about a healthier diet here on 30 Bad and finally did it!

Today I was at the local organic store to buy some fruits and vegs (oh really, can´t believe!). By the way it´s my first week on 100% high-carb-raw-vegan and my digestion is better than ever. Before that I ate sometimes cooked quinoa, potatoes or added some salt.
Anyway, putting a green salad in my bag an old lady accosted me, that I should eat the leaves and use the heart of the salad by cooking it and drinking the mineralized cooking water.
