hello! I'm 20 years old. Ive been vegetarian for 5 years, and vegan for about 10 months. When I was about 17 a slowly start to become really obsessed with food and nutrition and fitness. I was clearly on my way to anorexia, I lost my period and got PCOS. With that came some acne and weight gain. Not even mentioning the depression and self harm. I was eating less and less and still gaining weight. Finally I managed to get my s*** together and decided to go raw because I didn't want to take all those hormone medicines the doctor prescribed. At the beginning of my raw journey my diet was not really high fat but still there were plenty of olives and some nuts in it. I was feeling good about being raw but I was afraid I was eating too much and still had troubles fighting my desires to purge every now and than. So raw was working good for me but I wanted it to go even better. I didn't really had enough energy to train well, when back home from work /on desk all day/ I was feeling tired and incapable to do anything else. Then somehow while browsing information about the raw lifestyle I found some articles on the high carb, low fat diet and 30bad. Before I was "afraid" of carbs cuz I thought they make you fat and when I was going to the gym every day and such I was on a diet that consists mainly of protein food and vegetables. So 30 bananas a day and still feel and look good? Couldn't really believe it. I decided to give it a try. At the beginning I was trying to really eat at least 8-12 bananas a day and some other fruits and tones of salad but that wasn't really working out well for me because after eating too much I would start to feel guilty and just go and purge it all. And that was no good for me. So I decided to take it slowly. Now I eat as much as I feel good with, I jog for 30-40 min every morning and I try to do some other exercises every now and than. I have the occasional tbsp of peanut butter every now and than or some nut milk in my shakes. But I really feel good with this diet atm and I think is working well for me. I'm trying not to under eat but I keep myself from counting calories again because that really gets under my skin. I decided to join the 30BaD community now because of the 30 days challenge. I'm pretty much addicted to salt! I just seem to love to put it on every salad, even though is Himalayan salt I know is no good for my body and I don't want to wake up puffy anymore.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I would say my favourite book is probably East of Eden. I basically love Steinbeck. I love hicking and just walking without purpouse. I do some handcrafts - I make dolls out of clay, wires and some clothing. Also I'm trying to become a graphic designer - that's my study, work and hobby so it takes lots of my time. /so if you need any help with some designes I would be glad to give you a hand/
