it is Thyme :) a traditional bulgarian spice (since it was a bulgarian weding)

Usualy at weddings in my region (balkan part of europe) the tipical dishes are meat with meat with meat :) But this time they prepared these dishes as starters, i was very very surprised (and it's not even the season of vegetables yet). And surprisingly no bread on the table untill the last course,,, :)
