In all of these examples we take what we need to get (proof of VEGAn) success and then we apply it to our protocol.. we use the value of the VEGAn issue and then transcribe that over to 811 or whatever point we are at... we must rememebr that vegan is the first step or last for many...His example is not about the added non 811 foods it is about the vegan successes adn the animals all agree...

n he's good looking too. i don't often think that of bodybuilders, but he is a testament to this diet. healthy body, healthy skin, just niceness all around.  love veganism! and fitness.
