uploading this a wee bit late ;) but it's mixed baby greens topped with cuke noodles, shredded + chopped carrots and a squeeze of lemon. in the bottom right corner is a LFRV stuffing with mushrooms, celery, carrots, mushrooms, apples, dried figs, parsley and lemon juice. top right corner is a huge pile of raw cranberry sauce (blend up a whole bunch of dates with maybe two oranges worth of juice until smooth, then pulse blend in cranberries and some apple. stir in some pomegranate arils in the end et voila!)
