Please check out my new video, “Sunset Tropical Fruit Parfait Recipe and Why Some People Gain Weight on 80-10-10”!
http://youtu.be/cJXTZIdC-7U
I’ll show you a delicious summer recipe using tropical fruit.
I talk about why some people gain weight on 80-10-10.
I show you how to cut a mango, and pick a nice mango at the store.
*Ingredients:
- 6 bananas
- 4lbs pineapple
- 5 mangos
*Preparation:
- Peel your mangos and peel and core your pineapples.
- Dice your mangos and pineapples into bite-sized pieces.
- Blend your bananas into a pudding.
*Presentation
- Layer your mangos into the bottom of a glass. Cover with banana pudding. Place a layer of pineapple on top of your banana pudding, and then cover that layer with more banana pudding, then more mangos. Repeat until you have filled your glasses.
*Optional Variations:
- Fill your glasses with other fruit mixtures – pick your favorite fruits! Blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries would be fabulous with this as well.
I eat more than 3,000 calories a day, and stay slim. In fact, I lost 40 lbs eating WAY more than ever! For more information please check out my blog http://terileventhalsblog.blogspot.com/ or YouTube page http://www.youtube.com/user/TinyFruitLover?feature=mhee

Comment by Teri L on May 6, 2012 at 11:29pm haha, yeah, usually I do mono, but luckily I have a strong stomach and can get away with most combinations every now and then as long as they don't include corn or overt fats... corn and overt fats kill me. C, I used to have bangs when I was little! I should post a pic :)
Comment by Helen on May 6, 2012 at 9:59pm You look great,Teri. I'm not very sure about the fruit combining in this recipe(acid and sweet fruit together) but it looks yummy:)
Comment by For_The_Love_Of_Fruit on May 6, 2012 at 9:24pm Hey Teri L!! Nice!! Have you thought of getting some bangs? I think it'd suit you a lot! :) xxx
Comment by Giuseppe on May 6, 2012 at 10:04am Good video!!!
Yummy... but , those mangoes are not totally ripe :-P , and mix pineapple with banana it´s not a good idea. I know that we can try it, but theorically it is not a good combination, be carefull fruity friends when do it.
I like the other videos and your recomendations.
Keep doing it...
with all my respect

Comment by Yogaranka on May 6, 2012 at 8:36am I think you are also super smart for allowing comments only in circles, where people understand what you are about!
I love watching your videos too! I keep putting off making the recipes, I'm not much for recipes.
except the savoury cucumber recipe, that was yummy...
