Protein deficient Vegan ;)

I've done weights about 8 times in the last 4 years and haven't restricted my calories once....And I'm obviously not getting enough protein as a vegan! ;-)

Thanks that's really kind of you... I feel like there may be a revolution where I work as my dad after only walking training managed to get third place at this running event the other day and beat all the youngsters! They asked what his secret was and he said bananas!!!

They are all intrigued now so your picture will be a great advert for the ladies too!!! Will let you know how my quest goes :)
