Do you think caring for animals isn't vegan and counts as exploitation?
Of course, if the animal is neglected, it's wrong, but I believe rescuing an animal, such as Molko, which is loved, given a great diet, gets attention, toys, and natural stimulation is more of a vegan action than abstaining from having 'pets'.
