Hey FA great work and dedication especially bouncing back from that drop and weight (impressive takes a lot of mental fortitude)
I have been building a thread of people who have built muscle or maintained muscle with 811 to help inspire people that you can do so on this diet. People are insecure especially guys going 811 because of the weight loss and low protein that building muscle is not possible. The thread is to show a lot of examples that it is possible. I think we have shown this diet rules far as endurance but on the muscle side there are less examples. I think you will see the thread has some good examples. You definitely have an inspiring story and are a great example, could you post a pic and paste your comment below with the pic.
