an obese person compared to a fit person. notice the size of the intestines and the amount of feces on the person on the left. their lungs are compressed by the size of their organs and their heart is surrounded by fatty tissue. notive the knee joints and how much less space the person the left has compared to the right. notice how much cleaner the liver (top left of the abdominal cavity right below the lungs and heart) on the fit person. notice the angles difference of how the humerus (arm bones) hang, this will inevitably affect the muscles in the shoulder joint. is the person on the left a smoker? the lungs look much darker than the person on the right.
